The restaurant opened during the Covid19 pandemic. It was a completely new experience for us: remote design, without the possibility of physical presence and monitoring construction progress. But the experience was successful; the restaurant turned out to be exactly as it was planned.
Novikov Bodrum is the 6 international project Novikov Restaurant & Bar, the pan-asian restaurant with fresh seafood from all over the world, sunny interior and unique location. The Novikov Bodrum established near the sea, at the famous luxury port for yachts — Yalikavak Marina, which was named “2018-2019 Best Super Yacht Marina in the World” according to the British Yacht Harbor Association.
